Design Charge

Thank you for allowing BFLV to take control of your artwork and bring your design to life.

If you supply the file, you must own the rights to the image and take full responsibility for its use. It is therefore owned or its use paid for by you the customer.

Your image will be archived and will not be recreated/reprinted by BFLV, unless it is a stock image that has been purchased by BFLV.

Please note: Once an email proof has been sent, you will have 72 hours to respond. Otherwise, the design is automatically printed at the discretion of BFLV.

Design Charges

The Basic

Quick design, no more than 15 – 30 minutes to design.

The Professional

Design requires more than, or up to 1 hour to design. Proof is supplied and approval is required before processing.

The Expert

Design requires more than 2 hours to design. Proof is supplied and approval is required before processing. Up to 3 revisions will be accepted.

Custom Bag Kit

Your choice of colours and seamless options. Panel or seamless can be supplied for custom work.

*Only required if you are purchasing a Custom Bag Kit.
**No alterations to the hardware or handles.

The Complex

Artwork is designed from scratch, on request. An hourly rate is charged based on the design and complexity of the required design. Email correspondence will be made, and a quotation will be supplied prior to commencement.

No Charge

Files are supplied print-ready, and no file changes are required. Quick file check will be guaranteed; however, no time will be spent making alterations to the supplied file.

Preferred Resolution

For best printing outcome, use the following as a guide.

• 300dpi, but not limited to this
• no less than 180dpi

Maintenance Tips

1. Use a damp cloth to gently wipe down, avoiding scrubbing to prevent potential damage to the print.
2. Use mild cleaning solutions and NO harsh chemicals to preserve the material’s quality and finish.
3. Avoid soaking, bleaching, sweat, lotions, perfumes or wringing, as these can compromise its integrity.
4. Refrain from dry cleaning or ironing fabric items, as these methods are unsuitable and may cause damage.
5. Remember, gentle care is key to keeping your fabric items looking great for the long haul!

PLEASE BE AWARE – Australia Post imposes a maximum length restriction of 105cm2 inclusive of packaging. This means all orders over approximately one metre must be cut down. For example, if you order two metres it will be cut into two x one metre pieces. All overseas orders of faux leather or vinyl will be sent as a maximum cut of 50cm rolls. If you wish to customise the continuous length of material, please contact us to discuss additional courier charges.

Colour Quality
We take great care to present our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that variations in colour may occur due to differences in camera resolution, screen brightness, devices and IT configuration. Rest assured, these discrepancies are minimal, and we strive to provide the most true-to-life representation possible. This is not an acceptable reason for refund or return.

We encourage you to consider the overall design and quality of the product, placing emphasis on its exceptional craftsmanship.
