Order Preparation and Shipping

Thanks for shopping with us. For orders that include printed products (including custom prints), please allow up to 14 days for your order to be prepared, printed, packed and shipped. During a sale or peak period, turnaround time may be extended from 21–28 days.

Locations We Ship To

We ship nationally (Australia) and internationally with Australia Post. Other freight options are considered where applicable to the order.

  • Within Australia: Australia Post Standard parcel delivery (Parcel Post)
  • Within Australia: Express Post – This only takes effect once your order has been completed and ready for shipping. Selecting this shipping method does not mean your order is processed quicker. Australia Post website says that Express Post is ‘Our fastest parcel sending service that generally takes 1-3 business days’, but this can vary depending on your location.
  • Internationally: International Standard Post with tracking.

Local Pick Up By Appointment Only

Local pickup is available for customers who live in the vicinity of Springfield Lakes, Ipswich, Queensland, Australia 4300. Once you receive notification that your order is completed, a mutually agreed day and time can be arranged.

Out of Our Control

Australia Post issues statements regarding any upheaval that my cause a halt or delay to shipping around the world.

Combining Orders

We don’t offer combined orders, as this can be a very time-consuming process. If we are preparing orders and notice you have a couple, we may send them in one package. In this case, any excess postage will be refunded.

Estimate of Shipping Cost

The best way to get an idea of what the shipping costs will be, is to sign in and add items to your cart. Go through the checkout process with your address then go to the shipping screen. You can go back and delete products if you don’t wish to proceed.

For orders including printed faux, allow up to 14 days. WPC and Poly Canvas print run is once a week, so if ordered with printed faux, the order turnaround may be extended. Sale or peak period turnaround may be 21–28 days. Please refer to our FAQ about turnaround time.
